SKM’s new City based offices presented numerous design challenges including working a listed Georgian terrace building into the new layouts. Situated on two floors, the design accommodates a multitude of uses to create light, airy, flexible office space.

The reception area features a clean lined white front desk designed to the client’s exact requirements, and the adjacent waiting area is framed by a graphic backdrop promoting the client’s global outreach and values.

A bespoke carpet pattern is used to create a pathway through the office, with specific colours used to aid orientation and highlight meeting pods and informal break-out areas, whilst a modernised roof terrace offers views over the capital and the chance of a welcome breath of fresh air!
