Our competition proposal was to build and refurbish Stade la Meinau as a vibrant and exciting entertainment venue for the next 40-year phase of its life and provide a fitting home and fortress for RCSA. The final stadium was to have a capacity of 32,350 for both Ligue 1 and Champions League matches, with 3,610 VIP places required, all in full compliance with club LFP, FIFA and level 4 UEFA licence recommendations.  

The combination of the newly expanded and enhanced Stadium, the new Fan Zone and significantly improved landscaping setting was to truly transform the overall fan and event experience at every game. The brief was pragmatism speed of construction in several phases.
