Pike Close is a phased redevelopment of the Pike Close Estate in Bromley, comprising 178 mixed-tenure units across six blocks. Special consideration has been given to the phasing and design of this project to ensure all existing residents of the estate could remain on-site during the works in their current homes and then move directly to their new homes once completed.

The design and arrangement of the development will also provide several additional homes beyond those for existing residents, made available across a range of tenures.
