Lime Quarter represents the final stage of a mixed-use urban context development designed by ORMS, planning consent for which was secured by the Workspace Group in 2011.

Phase 4 includes a 19-storey contemporary residential tower incorporating 130 high quality predominantly private sale apartments, and a second 7 storey block providing 3,500sqm flexible office space and meeting rooms for small businesses.

Our technical delivery role was secured as a result of our successful ongoing relationship with Galliford Try, and like most of our current projects with them, our prime focus is on modern building detailing, appropriate specification and all-round deliverability.
