Fairbridge Road is a mixed use redevelopment scheme on a brown field site in Islington for Willmott Dixon and Family Mosaic.
The scheme comprises 80 affordable residential units and 200sqm of commercial retail space configured in two blocks which reflect and re-interpret the urban grain of the locale.
The development is designed to achieve Code 4 under the Code for Sustainable Homes, and is served by a CHP unit and 25kw PV roof panel array.
