This major mixed development on a 70 hectare site in Arlesey, south east of Bedford, comprises 950 new homes, health and community facilities, employment uses, lower school, 80 bed extra care home, hotel and the completion of a new town centre relief road.

In addition, the scheme looks to deliver innovative, inclusive and sympathetic uses to the heart of Arlesey, including retail, cafes, leisure and community uses around a new public square.

The master plan demonstrates a significant commitment to high quality open space, and the green infrastructure includes walking and cycle routes and sports pitches, together with swales and ponds which provide both localised flood protection and significant ecological benefits.
