Project Details

7 Thames Road, Barking, a co-location scheme with 131 dwellings (20% London Affordable Rent) and 2050 sqm Class E industrial space, including public realm improvements, play space and shared residents’ gardens. A car-free development with cycle parking and car club provision.

The scheme is part of the Thames Road Masterplan, which will transform this area. As one of the first three schemes to receive planning permission in the area, it will catalyse the regeneration, creating a gateway scheme for the residential masterplan zone.
