Project Details

3 Gallions Close, Barking, will deliver 233 dwellings (23% London Affordable Rent) with a local convenience commercial unit. Public realm improvements include a central pocket park with children’s play spaces, and safe cycle and pedestrian connections.

The scheme is part of the Thames Road Masterplan, which will transform this area. As one of the first three schemes to receive planning permission in the area, it will catalyse the regeneration, creating a gateway scheme for the residential masterplan zone.
