Following the success of The Halkins development, we continued our relationship with Grosvenor Investments with the Kinnerton Street development in the same conservation area.
The scheme comprises a mixture of new build and refurbishment elements and includes retail and restaurant space at street level with 14 luxury apartments above.
The stock brick and stone front façade reinforces the architectural rhythms of the surrounding area, whilst the rear façade is more contemporary in its use of shaping, materials and detailing.
