Daniel Blackburn

Dan specialises in residential development, particularly in the affordable sector, and has successfully led a series of large-scale projects, including Newlon Housing Trust’s Hale Village development in Tottenham, North London.

He is a skilled all-round architect and brings together a unique contemporary style to a sound practical knowledge of modern methods of construction in all of his projects.

He believes in the importance of teamwork and building good relationships with clients, and also plays an active role in developing and teaching the use of BIM within the practice.
