Planning application submitted for Elland Road Expansion

We’re pleased to share that a planning application has been submitted to Leeds City Council for the enhancement of Elland Road Stadium.

This marks an exciting milestone for the project and the Club, following the conclusion of thorough public consultations throughout April, May and June, during which supporters and the local community were invited to share feedback on the proposals. We look forward to progressing the design to the next stage.

We are proud to be working alongside Leeds United FC and a dedicated team led by Rise Property Development & Investment Ltd to ensure the expansion delivers world-class facilities, while preserving and enhancing the unique and iconic atmosphere of Elland Road.
