Completion of Wembley Stadium Concourses-Levels One and Five

We are pleased to announce that the refurbishment and enhancement of Wembley Stadium Concourses, Levels One and Five, has been successfully completed.

Over the years, the general admission concourses have become outdated, cluttered, and uncoordinated due to multiple design influences. To address this, we implemented a comprehensive ‘turnstile to seat’ strategy to establish a new hierarchy and environmental framework, significantly enhancing the fan experience across various stadium events, including football matches and concerts.

The most recent refresh of the Wembley brand introduced a meticulously crafted General Admission experience featuring a unique and very immersive visual identity. Simultaneously, a thorough analysis of user flows was carried out to enhance visitors’ access to food and beverage choices at the iconic Wembley Stadium.

Wembley Stadium’s Level One Concourse was completed in time for the FA Community Shield game in August 2023, and Level Five was completed in Spring 2024.
