Cheshunt Lakeside Completes First Handover

KSS are pleased to announce that the first phase of our latest residential project in Hertfordshire was handed over to B3Living last month.

Cheshunt Lakeside is a flagship mixed use brownfield masterplan by our client Inland Homes. The scheme will deliver many much-needed amenities for the Borough of Broxbourne including 1,725 new homes, commercial retail space, and a new primary school.

Our delivery of 195 units, in two blocks, started on site in spring 2021 and the first block containing 46 apartments has now been officially taken by Broxbourne-based housing association B3 Living.

The event was attended by the leader of Broxbourne Council and Siobhan Monaghan, Cabinet Member for Housing, alongside B3 Living and Inland Homes who were all very pleased to reach this important milestone for the project and wider area.

Jon Hayden, Executive Director for Development at B3Living, said, “This is a very exciting development, with high specifications, that’s set to completely transform the area. The next phase of homes is coming along quickly and some of the shared ownership apartments are already reserved by people from the borough.”
