He oversees all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and commercial performance, ensuring the business operates with clarity, efficiency and long-term stability. Working closely with the Board and project leadership, he aligns financial frameworks with the firm’s strategic direction, supports informed decision-making and steers the business toward sustainable growth.
