This week, we bid farewell to Michael McCollum

After more than two decades of dedicated service, Michael McCollum is leaving KSS to embark on an extended trip to New Zealand to visit his family. Following this trip, he will retire to embrace life beyond the world of architecture

During his tenure at KSS, Michael significantly contributed to the company’s success, working on numerous high-profile projects, including the Liverpool FC Main Stand Development, the Anfield Road Expansion, Liverpool FC Training Centre and the 1885 project at St Mary’s Southampton Football Club.

He has also been instrumental in advancing sustainability discussions within the practice, leading our sustainability team implementing policies and processes to fulfil our responsibilities in this crucial area.

KSS Chairman, David Keirle commented “We sincerely thank Michael for his remarkable contributions to KSS, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working closely on many projects and will miss his wise counsel. We wish him all the best in this new chapter of life, which we hope will be filled with exciting adventures during his retirement.”
