Royal Albert Wharf wins at First Time Buyer Awards

We are pleased to share that Royal Albert Wharf won the ‘Best New Development in the South’ this month at the First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards 2021.
Our project for Notting Hill Genesis has provided 469 mixed tenure affordable homes, together with 850sqm commercial space for business start-ups, with views across the River Thames as part of the second phase of regeneration in London’s historic Royal Docks.
The landmark mixed-use development completed earlier this year and we were a key part of the design team working with planning architects Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios, landscape architects Allen Pyke Associates, contractor Vistry Partnerships, structural engineers Conisbee and mechanical and electrical engineers Pinnacle.
The Readers’ Awards are a celebration of the industries which support first time buyers get onto the property ladder and we congratulate Notting Hill Genesis on their flagship development.
This project was also a finalist for the Housebuilder Awards 2022 in the Best Regeneration Initiative category.
