KSS are supporting Prostate Cancer UK in 2016
27 July 2016
Every year KSS employees help to raise money for charities that have a special connection to all of us.
This year our staff nominated charity is Prostate Cancer UK and we will be organising a variety of events to raise funds for this throughout 2016.
Gordon Weston, the father of KSS Associate Juliet Hook, successfully completed his treatment for Prostate Cancer in 2015 after being diagnosed in 2013, and has been campaigning to raise awareness for the charity. With the help of his recently rebuilt Porsche 924, Gordon has been taking part in various events throughout the UK including the Harewood Hillclimb, Brands Hatch track evening, Porches on the Prom in Weymouth and Gurston Down Speed Hillclimb in Wiltshire.
This weekend, Gordon will be driving at Silverstone where his car will lead a lap of honour for the 40th anniversary of the Porsche 924 as part of the Silverstone Classic Weekend and KSS are proud to display our logo on his car.
Keep up-to-date on all of our fundraising activities on behalf of Gordon and Prostate Cancer UK on our Twitter and LinkedIn pages.
