Hale Village part of Open House London

Hale Village will be part of Open House London for a second year running on the 20 September.

The Hale Village scheme includes three KSS designed residential and mixed use buildings providing 366 affordable homes and a new headquarters office for Newlon Group. These buildings form part of a vibrant new community next to River Lea which incorporates private and affordable homes, student housing, offices, crèche, gym and a surgery.

The development has delivered significant environmental improvements to the area from the previous light industrial use with sustainable green roofs, wildlife corridors, a biomass fired CHP and residences all meeting level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes. This high quality urban village is expected to act as a catalyst and benchmark for the regeneration of the Tottenham Hale area.
