Hale Village part of Open House London

Hale Village will be part of Open House London for a third year running on the 19th of September.

KSS designed three residential and mixed use buildings providing 366 affordable homes and a new headquarters office for Newlon Group. These buildings form part of a vibrant new community next to River Lea which incorporates private and affordable homes, student housing, offices, crèche, gym and a surgery.

The Hale Village scheme has delivered significant environmental improvements from the previous light industrial use with sustainable green roofs, wildlife corridors, a biomass fired CHP and residences all meeting level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.

Hale Village offers spectacular views of the city in the stunning waterside location.
