Flambard Way continues to take shape

Our new residential development in Godalming, Surrey is progressing well ahead of completion in summer 2017.

KSS are working with Willmott Dixon Homes and Prime Place to deliver the new development of 98 apartments and 35 townhouses arranged around a triangular communal garden.

The scheme forms part of the regeneration of Godalming helping to transform the brownfield site into a thriving community improving the social, cultural and economic character of the local area.

KSS are pleased to be involved in this scheme which provides the perfect location for young families and professionals keen to live in the beautiful countryside, whilst remaining close to London.

Residents are now moving into the new development ahead of full completion in summer 2017.
