This summer we are delighted to be celebrating 30 years of KSS.

The practice was founded by David Keirle, Martin Salter and Andy Simons with projects across a range of sectors from education and residential to sport. Our initial commission was the first of its kind to transform Stamford Bridge and its surrounding stadium masterplan for Chelsea FC. Today we still count the Premier League club as a longstanding client alongside Liverpool FC, Brighton & Hove Albion and Leicester City FC who have just revealed the proposals for our latest sports masterplan.

Our experience in sports design has extended to include numerous national sports venues, training facilities and hospitality. This month sees the launch of Westview, the newest Premium ticket experience for Chelsea FC and the most significant development to the West Stand since we completed it in 2001, alongside a major hospitality refurbishment of nine premium spaces for 1901 Club Members at the American Express Community Stadium after we completed the award-winning stadium ten years ago.

We also continue to secure new client commissions, which in recent years include Benenden School in Education and Inland Homes in Residential, to see our additional sectors going from strength to strength. As we achieve a seventh year in the AJ100 we have promoted several key members of staff and are returning to work in our refurbished London office.

We would like to thank everyone who has been a part of the first three decades of KSS. We are delighted to be celebrating this milestone with you all and look forward to meeting in person soon.
