New Cedar Lodge Suites at Alexander House Hotel

Alexander House Boutique Hotel & Utopia Spa is situated in the sublime Sussex countryside surrounded by 120 acres of charming gardens and woodlands.

KSS have worked with the hotel group on a number of occasions on various elements of their hotel portfolio. In 2005 they approached KSS to complete a substantial phase of their vision for the Alexander House hotel which included a £7m extension to the 18th century house.

The latest development for Utopia Leisure includes a two storey detached annex located where four existing bungalows once stood. The annex provides a further 19 keys, each with en-suite facilities plus ancillary spaces. All 10 ground floor suites have direct access onto private patios, whilst first floor suites have either full balconies or Juliet balconies overlooking the landscaped grounds. There is one central suite offering accommodation over two floors which includes a spacious open plan lounge and dining area. In addition, there is a master bedroom with a stylish bathroom on the first floor with spectacular scenic views of the Sussex countryside.
