AXA Training Centre shortlisted at FX Awards

We are proud to announce that the AXA Training Centre for Liverpool FC has been shortlisted, at the FX Awards 2021, in the category ‘Graphics and Wayfinding’.
The new state-of-the-art facility required a clear identity, instantly recognisable as Liverpool FC, to provide a motivational environment for the elite athletes. KSS interpreted the Club’s values into the unique form and material language used to embed the brand within the architecture, interior and graphic design for a cohesive and holistic approach.
The result reflects the strength and ambition of the Club both subliminally and through the striking environmental graphics designed as part of the complete user experience journey. As Alex Inglethorpe, the Academy Manager for Liverpool FC stated ‘“It’s not flash but it’s stylish: hard work and graft, integrity, honesty and passion underpin everything’ and fits ‘the history and aspirations of the club going forwards.”
The prestigious awards celebrate the best of international interior design and we look forward to attending the virtual ceremony on Wednesday 24 November 2021.
