Planning approval at Alexander House

Last month KSS received planning approval for Alexander House Conference Facility in Sussex.
The brief for KSS was to create a building that can be flexible with the ability to cater for multiple uses such as large gatherings and events creating extra demand for the hotel.
Our designs for the new Conference Facility visually complement the architectural language of the estate and pays tribute to this style using modern building materials and techniques.
We have worked with the hotel group on a number of occasions in the past. In 2005, we completed a substantial phase of their vision for the Alexander House Hotel, which included a £7m extension to the 18th century house. In 2014, we completed the award winning two-storey Cedar Lodge Suites containing 19 luxury rooms with spacious modern en-suite facilities.
